From when we were young children, we are taught to work hard. Work hard so that you may succeed in school. Work hard so that you may have a good job. Work hard so that you may be happy later in life.
We work, and work, and work. And finally, at the brink of death, we realize that we didn’t work to live, but we lived to work. We work until we die, and we forget to live.
