For Your Future

Some people work for the fortune or the fame – others for their future happiness. But while they work, people forget about their current happiness.

The other day I watched my dad come home from work, exhausted to the point where he collapsed on the sofa when he got home, not even bothering to change out of his business attire. I asked him the next day why he worked so hard, and he said simply, “For your future.”
